Braised Yellow Croaker
1.
Head, scale and viscera of yellow croaker, and rinse.
2.
Scratch a diagonal knife on the yellow croaker (I don't know how to do it), and use kitchen paper to absorb water from the outside and stomach.
3.
Heat up the pot, put in an appropriate amount of peanut oil, and fry the yellow croaker after it is heated (you don’t need too much oil)
4.
Fry on low heat until golden brown and turn it over. When turning it, be careful not to damage the fish skin.
5.
Add cooking wine, braised soy sauce, chili, ginger, aniseed green onion, garlic cloves after frying the aroma, add water to the pot, add salt, and bring to a boil over high heat.
6.
After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer slowly, and simmer for about 40 minutes to 1 hour.
7.
Finally, the fire is collected and the juice is released.
Tips:
It’s also the first time to make yellow croaker, and I will share with you the final taste. My husband said it tastes pretty good. Haha, we both ate all three fish!
