Bread Machine: Simple White Bread

Pour warm water, sugar and corn oil into the bread bucket; the warm water can be replaced with milk;

Put in the weighed flour and yeast powder;

Start the "kneading" program, 30 minutes later, the materials will become smooth dough;

Remove the mixing knife from the bread bucket, the dough will be clumped, and put it in the bread bucket to ferment;

When the dough reaches twice its size, it can stop;

Take out the dough and knead it vigorously to vent it;

Divide the dough into 3 parts, sprinkle some dry flour on the chopping board, take a dough, roll out a long piece with a rolling pin;

Roll the dough from one end to the other;

The 3 doughs are rolled, then put in the bread machine, covered with a damp cloth, and carry out the second fermentation;

When the dough is twice as large, you can brush a layer of egg liquid (I didn't brush anything);

Start the "baking" function and bake it until the surface of the bread is slightly yellow. It is recommended to pay more attention to the bread machine and overbake it. (I didn't pay attention for a while, and baked for an hour o(╯□╰)o...);
12.
Pour the toasted bread on the grill and let cool. After letting cool, you can eat it~! Look at the internal organization, O(∩_∩)O!

1. The water absorption of flour is different, and the amount of water should be added as appropriate;
