Bread Machine Version Jujube Mud Bread

Add all the ingredients except the jujube paste filling into the bread bucket,

Start the bread machine to knead the noodles for 25 minutes, then ferment for 1 hour,

Divide the fermented dough into 3 parts after kneading and exhausting.

Take a portion of the dough, roll it out into a rectangle,

Spread the jujube paste filling evenly,

Roll up, close your mouth and squeeze tightly,

So all done,

Braided into three strands,

Take out the mixing knife and put in the bread dough,

Fermented for 1.5 hours,

Then select the baking function of the bread machine, select the medium burnt color, and bake for 50 minutes,

Baked jujube mashed bread.
Tips:
The baked jujube bread needs to be demoulded immediately, and sliced for consumption after cooling.
