Bread Maker Version Red Bean Paste
1.
Weigh the red beans (I use an electric pressure cooker so I press them directly. If the beans are cooked in a normal pot, they need to be soaked overnight.)
2.
Pick and wash clean. Put it in an electric pressure cooker, add four bowls of water (this is the bowl I filled with red beans)
3.
Cover the pot and close the valve. connect power supply. Choose beans
4.
It looks like after pressing~
5.
Take out the red beans and filter out the excess water with a sieve. And use a spoon to mash the beans a little bit. (If you want to be more delicate, you can use a cooking machine)
6.
Put the filtered red beans into a bread bucket equipped with a mixing knife. And install it in the bread machine. Pour in sugar~
7.
Pour in two spoons of oil. (The small spoon used at home, as shown in the picture)
8.
Select jam mode (default time is 1 hour and 20 minutes)
9.
It looks like after it's fried~
10.
Put it out, put it in a fresh-keeping box and seal it for refrigeration
Tips:
Tips: If you want fine red bean paste, filter out the excess water and beat it with a cooking machine, or crush it with a spoon or rolling pin. The frying time is adjusted according to the humidity of the bean paste. 250g of red beans, I made 620g of bean paste. Of course, the filtered red bean soup was not wasted-0-I drank it~ Hahaha.
