Tips:
1. The carrot juice I use is 110 grams of fresh carrots, add 320 grams of water, and make a smashed carrot juice, and then sift it through a sieve. If it is not sieved, the weight may be different. In addition, the water absorption of flour also determines the amount of carrot juice. You can reserve 10 grams of carrot juice to see the degree of dough when mixing, and then add a small amount one by one.
2. Because it is a rectangular bread bucket, a small amount of flour may stick to the wall of the bread bucket at the beginning of mixing. You can scrape off the flour with a spatula.
3. In summer, it is recommended to use iced eggs and ice water. I put the squeezed carrot juice in the refrigerator before using it. When making dough, try to open the cover of the bread machine to dissipate heat.
4. When the dough is fermented, you can cover the bread bucket with a wet cloth, and then cover the bread machine cover.
5. Take out the finished bread immediately and let it cool.
6. Different types of bread machines and dough power are different, the time is for reference only, and the time is determined by observing the state of the dough.
