Breakfast Buns

Beat the eggs, pour warm water, oil, sugar, and salt into a bread bucket and mix. Add half of 250 grams of bread flour, add 2 grams of yeast powder, add 250 grams of bread flour, sprinkle another 3 grams of yeast powder on the bread flour, divide it into two, so that the added yeast powder has a better distribution.

The bread machine sets the kneading program for 33 minutes. The kneading time is different for different bread machines, and I use the Patui bread machine. You can add preserved fruits when the toaster is resting. After kneading the dough, just cover it with plastic wrap and ferment it. It is fermentation at room temperature.

Divide the dough into the same size, and knead out the air just like making steamed buns.

Put the kneaded bread dough into the baking tray, and brush the egg liquid at the end of the second fermentation in the oven. You can toss it as you like. I make two kinds of bread this time, and this recipe is one kind.

In the preheated oven, put the baking tray on the middle layer, turn on the hot air mode, heat up and down at 150 degrees, and time for 20 minutes.

Tips:
