Breakfast-caesar Salad

Ingredients: lettuce, bittern, cucumber, tomato, apple, sausage, whole wheat bread slices.

Ingredients: cheese, mustard mayonnaise (from IKEA), apple cider vinegar, Tuscan herbs.

Wash all the vegetables, take a washing basket and sift repeatedly, try to sift the moisture of the vegetables dry, and then cut the vegetables into slices or pieces.

Put the bread slices and sausages in the oven at 150 degrees for 10 minutes.

After the sausage is baked, put it in the vegetables, cut the bread slices into appropriate size pieces, put them in the vegetables, put two spoons of mustard mayonnaise, two spoons of apple cider vinegar, some shaved cheese, and a bit of Tuscan herbs on top.

After mixing well, the salad is ready, light, sweet and sour, and refreshing!

I love the crunchy bread and sweet and sour apple slices baked inside. (My husband prefers the tomatoes and sausages in it.)
