Breakfast Mashed Potatoes
1.
Chop the onion, the carrot, the chicken breast, and the peas.
2.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add chopped onion and saute until fragrant.
3.
Pour in the chicken breast and fry until the color is white.
4.
Stir-fry the chopped carrots and peas together.
5.
When the peas are cooked, turn off the heat and sprinkle with a little black pepper and salt to taste.
6.
I use potato flour, add water and stir well, then steam it in the pot for 10 minutes.
7.
Pour the steamed mashed potatoes into a saucepan, stir evenly, and season with black pepper and salt.
8.
Fry an egg and put it on top.
9.
This is how I follow the recipe: beat the eggs into the mashed potatoes, put them in the oven at 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.
10.
Twenty minutes came and the eggs were not cooked. I dig out the eggs again and fry them in a frying pan. It took 3 minutes.
Tips:
1. I chose chicken breast, which tastes a bit chai. Next time I will try to replace it with shrimp.
2. The ratio of mashed potatoes and auxiliary materials is 1:1, or the auxiliary materials can be more. This tastes good.
