Potato Bread

Potatoes are steamed and pressed in advance, put in a bread bucket with other ingredients (without putting butter first) and start with the kneading program. Add butter after 15 minutes. After pulling out the glove film, knead the dough and ferment to 2.5 times its size. More than hours, 40 minutes in summer.

Take out and divide into 10 portions, cover with plastic wrap, and let stand for 15 minutes

After fermentation is complete, preheat the oven to 150 degrees, the upper and lower heat, the middle and lower layers, bake for about 20 minutes.
Tips:
Potatoes need to be steamed and peeled in advance.
The temperature of each oven must be adjusted by itself.
The bread-making time and walking together must not be short to have a good taste.
