Breakfast Pot Stickers

Sprinkle a little cornstarch or flour on the plate in advance, put the quick-frozen dumplings on the plate, so that the bottom of the dumplings is covered with flour

Drizzle a little oil in a non-stick pan and place the dumplings evenly in it

Cover the pot and heat it over medium heat. After the pot is hot, open the lid and add a small bowl of water. Cover the pot and heat it over medium-low heat.

After the water is boiled, add a little oil and fry again. When the color of the dumplings becomes slightly transparent, you can sprinkle with green onions and leave the pan.
Tips:
Basically, the dumplings are fried in water and oil. Finally, you can try them if they are not fully cooked, then simmer them for a while. The whole process takes about 15 minutes.
