Brine Mussels

Ingredients: mussels (washed), ginger slices

Put the washed mussels into a pot of clean water.

Then, put the ginger slices and add 3 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Add 3 tablespoons of salt.

Season to bring to a boil.

Finally, cook until the mussels open and serve.
