Prepare potato flour

Peel off the skin of broad bean sprouts

Onion, green pepper shredded

Cut the tenderloin, put the light soy sauce, cooking wine, and pepper to marinate

Heat oil in the pan, add the tenderloin and stir-fry until cooked and removed

1. Potato flour is harder and needs to be soaked in advance to soften.\n2. Broad bean sprouts can be made by yourself. It is rarely sold outside.
