Brown Sugar Biscuits

Prepare flour and brown sugar (lumped brown sugar)

Brown sugar and flour are mixed evenly according to the ratio of 3:1.

Pour the boiling water into the flour and stir while pouring. Then put in cold water.

If the dough is wet, you can add dry powder to knead it into a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.

Roll out into a dough piece with a thick middle and thin edges

Pack the brown sugar filling.

Squeeze tightly.

Slightly flatten it with the palm of your hand with the mouth closed.

Use a rolling pin to roll into a pie.

Brush the preheated electric baking pan with oil, put in the dough, and fry slowly over medium and low heat

Fry until golden on both sides before serving.
Tips:
The cakes made with boiled water and cold water are softer and more delicious. A non-stick pan can be used without an electric baking pan.
