I really like this brown sugar multigrain steamed bun. It uses brown sugar, cornmeal, white noodles, and a little milk powder. It combines various flavors. At the same time, the brown sugar is not very sweet. It is just right in the flour.

Ingredients

Brown Sugar Buns

1. White flour, corn flour, milk powder and yeast are put together

2. Stir the powder evenly

3. Melt the brown sugar in warm water

4. Slowly pour the brown sugar water into the flour, and stir as you pour it in, mixing it into a flocculent

5. Make the dough into the dough, cover it, and make it in a warm place

6. It takes about 1 hour to make it, and the noodles are good

7. Take out the noodles and knead well to exhaust

8. Divide it into the size of your favorite dough, and round it

9. Put it on the steamer and leave it on for 20 minutes, turn on the heat, and steam for 20 minutes after the water is boiled.

Tips:

The amount of warm water can be adjusted according to the water content of the flour. I deliberately weighed it. I think the amount of warm water is just right. The dough is flexible and rich, and it tastes very good.
