When blanching cornmeal, pay attention to the amount of water. If you don’t have an electronic scale, you must find your own feeling. Don’t make the cornmeal too thin. Add hot water little by little. Finally, the cornmeal is blanched to gelatinize, but it will not be too thin. It should look like a ball, because we will add liquids such as milk and eggs in the later stage.
Soybean noodles should be cooked. Now there are ready-made cooked soybean noodles on the Internet. Most of the supermarkets use raw soy noodles. You can buy them and cook them in a pan. After frying them, they can be used after they are fragrant. Keep them tightly sealed and can be used directly. It's very convenient for brewing and drinking, snacks, etc.
