Brown Sugar Fried Apples

Melt the brown sugar and water in a pot over a low heat

Wash the apples without peeling them, cut them into 0.5-0.8 cm thick slices, put them in the brown sugar juice, and boil them over low heat.

You don’t need to turn it too often. Turn it over after it’s colored. Wait patiently for it to gradually lose moisture, become wrinkled and lose its brittleness. After it’s completely colored, take it out and serve it on a plate, pour a proper amount of yogurt (you don’t need it), and it’s ready to eat.
