Brown Sugar Ginger Fudge

Add 180 grams of boiling water to the brown sugar ginger tea, stir well and let cool

Pour into glutinous rice flour and mix well

Add brown sugar and brown sugar ginger tea in a pot, add and boil until thick

Pour into the glutinous rice flour paste and mix well

Stir it into a delicate batter,
Pour into the mold and steam for 30 minutes

After steaming and letting cool, freeze for 2 hours to make it easier to cut into pieces.

Cut into small pieces and wrap in coconut paste, seal and store
