Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Cake

Pour 250 grams of glutinous rice flour into the pot.

Add boiled water little by little and stir to form flocculent.

Knead it into a dough, then knead it into a strip.

Cut into syrup and press into small cakes.

Add appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the baking pan and arrange the cakes.

Dissolve 50 grams of brown sugar with boiling water in advance.
