Brown Sugar Hair Cake

Get all the materials ready.

Pour the yeast into the brown sugar, add warm water and stir well.

Pour the stirred brown sugar water into the flour and stir evenly into 2 eggs.

Stir again until there is no particles in the paste state, cover with plastic wrap and proof until it is twice as large.

The proofed batter is gently stirred and exhausted.

Pour into molds and sprinkle with red dates or raisins.

You don’t need to add any dried fruit, just pour the batter to a full.

Put it in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes on medium heat. Turn off the heat for 3 minutes before uncovering.

The specific steaming time depends on the size of your own mold!

Demoulding, my mold can be demolded without letting it cool.
