Brown Sugar Jelly

Prepare the ingredients, put cold boiling water, gauze bag

Fill a small bowl with 150g of cold boiled water, add 1 teaspoon of lime powder, mix well and let stand

Put the ice powder seeds into the gauze bag

Then put it in 1100g of cold water and start rubbing

During the kneading process, a lot of viscous liquid will come out. When you knead a lot of fine bubbles, it’s fine, it takes about 5 minutes

Then pour the settled lime water (the clear water above) into it and stir it in one direction for a few times.

Put it in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour, it will solidify

Mix the brown sugar juice in a small bowl and add the sweetness according to your taste

Put the jelly in a small bowl

Then pour it into the jelly and start eating
Tips:
1. Both ice powder seeds and lime are sold online. Generally, you will get lime when you buy ice powder seeds.
2. Lime water should be allowed to stand until it is clear (as long as there is clear water on it, do not pour lime). When pouring the lime water, stir it slowly in one direction; do not pour it too fast, otherwise it will be easy to add more.
3. If there is no gauze bag, you can use new stockings to rub the ice powder seeds, the effect is better than the gauze bag. Because the gauze bag will leak out the seeds during the kneading process, the stockings will be dense and easy to use!
