Six or seven sorrows if you don’t lose weight in April. This cookie uses vegetable oil instead of butter, oatmeal powder instead of flour. Low oil, low sugar, high GI. Two biscuits. A cup of milk is enough to meet the calories needed in the morning.

Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cookies

1. 250g crushed oatmeal

2. Add brown sugar to milk until whipped

3. Oatmeal powder, brown sugar and soda powder mixed with oatmeal and eggs, pour into the container and stir

4. Pour in vegetable oil and mix vigorously

5. Knead into various shapes according to your preferences

6. Preheat at 180℃ for 10min and bake for 20min

Tips:

The biscuits are more crispy when they are flattened.
