Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cookies

All kinds of raw materials are weighed and prepared. (Dried cranberries were added intentionally, so they are not in the picture)

Rinse brown sugar with warm water and set aside.

Put instant oatmeal, low-gluten flour, and black and white sesame seeds in a cooking bowl.

Tips:
1: The brown sugar water should be added in quantity, and the oatmeal and sesame seeds can form a mass, and it should not be too thin.
2: If you like sweeter ones, you can increase the amount of brown sugar.
3: The freshly baked biscuits will not be very brittle, and will become brittle after being completely dried, and will be stored in a sealed can.
4: If there is no dried cranberry, you can skip it, or replace it with raisins.
