Oatmeal Cookies
1.
Prepare various materials. The dried fruit should be chopped. The salt can be kept or not.
2.
Mix all the materials, add a small amount of water several times, and knead the dough by hand when one third of the dry ingredients are left. Let stand for 10 minutes.
3.
Pull a ball of meatball-sized dough into a round and gently flatten it. The biscuits are five or six millimeters thick. All the biscuits are ready and bake for 15 minutes at 170 degrees.
4.
Turn it over and bake for another 10 minutes. If there is still a little wet in the middle, you can remove the tin foil and bake it at 120 degrees for another 5 minutes.
5.
After the biscuits are made, let them cool and seal them for storage, and eat them as soon as possible.
Tips:
1. Dried cranberries will become bitter after baking, so it is recommended not to put them. It's best to chop the raisins a bit, the larger ones will burst, and they will become bitter.
2. Temperature and time are for reference, adjust according to your own machine. If you use an oven, do the same. The advantage of an air fryer over an oven is that it has hot air, which makes it easier to dry.
3. It is recommended not to put tin foil, it is easier to dry. If it is not dry twice, and it is still a little wet in the middle, you can bake it for a few minutes at 120 degrees.
