Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients: brownie cake A: low powder 70g cocoa powder 15g baking powder 1/2 tsp B: dark chocolate 120g butter 70g rum 1 tsp fresh milk 20g C: 2 eggs 90g caster sugar, walnuts Kernel 60g mango ice cream A: 1 egg yolk, 40g powdered sugar, 130ml milk, B: 80ml animal whipped cream, 1ml vanilla extract, 90g mango puree, 15g powdered sugar, 8g lemon juice, a pinch of salt Process: 1. Boil the walnuts with boiling water in advance, and roast them in an oven at 150 degrees for fragrant.

Cut the chocolate chunks of butter into small pieces, and use the method of heating in water to heat while stirring into a sauce

Add rum and fresh milk to the melted chocolate sauce and stir well

1. If you want a more delicate taste, the mango can be broken with a food processor. I like the taste of diced mango, so I cut it into cubes.
