Brushed Egg Tart
1.
Prepare the ingredients.
2.
Separate the egg yolk and egg whites. (My son is on vacation, so he helps to do it together.)
3.
Stir in the egg yolks.
4.
Put all the ingredients except the eggs in a large bowl, heat over water and stir until all the ingredients are combined.
5.
Add the beaten egg yolks and continue to mix well.
6.
After all the ingredients are well mixed, you can sieve and scoop into the tart crust to make the taste more delicate. 27 did not go through the sieve, just scooped it in.
7.
Eight points full!
8.
Add the right amount of cheese.
9.
Put it in the preheated oven, 180°, about 15 minutes.
10.
Seeing that the surface is golden brown and the crust of the tart is beginning to fluffy, it is ready to be out of the pan.
11.
The tender and fragrant brushed egg tart is finished~ I can’t get the feeling of brushing when I bite it by myself~ Haha, it’s easy, everyone, eat it while it’s hot~
Tips:
1. Those who like condensed milk can add a little condensed milk in it.
2. The tart crust can also be made by yourself, but it is too much trouble. I bought the ready-made one at 27.
3. The egg tart liquid is ready, you can sift it, so that the taste is more delicate.
4. If you don't like cheese, you can skip it, or you can replace it with other flavors of preserved fruit, taro or something you like.
