Bunny Cream Cake Roll
1.
Prepare materials (I only took the main ones here)
2.
Egg yolk and egg white separation
3.
Add white sugar to the egg yolk, add salad oil in three times and mix well, then add milk and mix well
4.
Sift the low powder into the egg yolk paste and mix well
5.
Add half of the white sugar when whisking the egg whites until there are a lot of fish eye bubbles. When the bubbles are small and uniform, add the other half of the white sugar, and continue to beat until the moist foam is reached (lift the eggbeater and the sharp corners of the egg white become curved)
6.
Pour the whipped egg whites into the egg yolk paste three times, and mix up and down evenly
7.
Scoop two or three scoops of egg batter, add red, green, and yellow pigments (in this case, preheat the oven at 180 degrees)
8.
After mixing, put them into a piping bag, and then put a raw egg batter
9.
You can draw the shape of the rabbit with a pen on the greased paper, then turn the greased paper over, draw the inner ears of the rabbit with the original color batter, and bake in the oven for 40 seconds
10.
After the inner ear is shaped, take it out, paint the rabbit and carrot in various colors, and bake it in the oven for 1 minute
11.
After setting, take it out, pour in the original color batter, smooth it, and oven for 18 minutes
12.
When baking, you can whip light cream
13.
After baking, take it out, spread it on another piece of greased paper, tear off the original greased paper while it’s hot
14.
Let cool, and then in turn, smear light cream on the side without the pattern
15.
Roll it up, wrap it with greased paper, and put it in the refrigerator to shape it
16.
Set the shape, you can take it out and draw the eyes with melted dark chocolate
Tips:
1. Jam can be used without whipped cream, of course, you can also add nothing
2. When baking "rabbit" and "carrots", pay attention to the time. Don't pass it or be too short. It will burn afterwards. If the time is too short, the batter will not solidify. When the original color batter is poured, it will be the bottom. The batter on the top will faint and it will not form. When it is almost time, take it out and gently touch it with your finger. If it is soft and there is no batter flowing out, it is almost done
