Cabbage in Black Bean Sauce

Green cabbage cleaning.

Cut into pieces.
3.
A little black tempeh.
4.
Use clean water to bloom.
5.
Put the fresh lard in a pot to heat, pour into the cabbage stalks, stir fry a few times.

Add the Chinese cabbage miso and stir well.
7.
Stir-fry with some salt.
8.
Pour in the tempeh sauce and bring to a boil.
9.
Just add some chicken essence when it comes out of the pan.
10.
Serve on the table.
