Cabbage, Shiitake, Carrot and Fresh Meat Dumplings

Dumpling fillings vary from place to place. Today I eat Chinese cabbage, mushrooms, carrots and fresh meat fillings! Just adjust it according to your own preferences!

Put the dumpling wrapper on a clean hand and apply a thin layer of water around it.

Pick a little filling with chopsticks.

Fold in half and pinch a part!

On the right, press the picture above, overlap a part of the skin on the back, and knead it together.

Same as above on the left. Knead it first.

Hold the dumplings with both hands and squeeze it! As shown!

All wrapped up. Arrange in one direction!

The water in the pot is boiled.

Put a spoonful of salt. After stirring, put the raw dumplings into the pot, use a spatula to enter the pot at five o'clock, from the bottom of the pot to eleven o'clock, to prevent sticking.

After boiling for the first time, pour some cold water and boil again.

Dumplings need to be cooked for a while. Cook for a while, then simmer for a while.
13.
Cook and remove. You can dip it in your favorite vinegar or light soy sauce!
