Yesterday, steamed dumplings were made with some shepherd's purse, egg and shrimp skin fillings and dumpling skins. Just this morning, I made a bowl of sour soup and big filling wontons for my family. I feel so beautiful all day...

Kuaishou Sour Soup Wonton with Big Stuffing

1. Pick and wash the garlic sprouts and coriander.

2. Chop the garlic sprouts and coriander with a knife.

3. Now to make the wonton soup, take a larger bowl and add the chopped garlic sprouts, coriander, dried shrimp skins and seaweed.

4. Season with salt first.

5. Add chicken essence to increase the taste.

6. At this time, add light soy sauce and seasoning.

7. Add rice vinegar to taste.

8. Put the right amount of stuffing in the dumpling wrapper.

9. First make dumplings.

10. Then pinch the two sides of the dumpling together. Isn't it super easy?

11. Wrap all the wontons one by one.

12. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and boil, then add the wrapped wontons.

13. After the fire is boiled, point a little water and repeat it twice. When you see all the wontons floating on the water, you can turn off the heat.

14. Pour some of the hot water for cooking wontons into a bowl.

15. Put the cooked wontons into a bowl and stir well before enjoying.

Tips:

If you like spicy food, you can add some chili oil. I have a bad stomach recently, so I don’t dare to eat spicy, so I didn’t use chili oil...
