Cabbage Soup

Prepare the cabbage, vermicelli, shredded tofu, and shrimp, wash and set aside.

Put oil in the pot and stir fragrant green onions.

Add small shrimps and stir fry.

Then add the cabbage, add light soy sauce, water, salt and simmer for 2 minutes.

Put the shredded tofu when it comes out of the pot. The vermicelli is slightly boiled and brought out of the pot.
6.
The nutritious cabbage soup is ready.
