Cabbage Vermicelli Soup

Wash the cabbage and soak the vermicelli in hot water for use.

Cut green onions, slice ginger, and slice ham into thin slices.

Heat the oil in the pan and saute the ginger slices until fragrant. Add ham and fry until fragrant.

Add water to a boil, add the cabbage to a boil, add the vermicelli, bring to a boil again, season with thick soup, salt and white pepper, and sprinkle with green onions.
Tips:
If there is broth, it is best to add broth instead of thick broth.
