This is a minimalist Caesar salad, which is great as an appetizer.

Ingredients

Caesar Salad

1. Cut the edges and corners of the toast into small pieces;

2. Put an appropriate amount of olive oil in the pan, a little more oil than usual for cooking, add garlic diced and stir fry to create a fragrance;

3. Put in toast block;

4. Fry until the toast is golden on both sides and then take it out;

5. After soaking the lettuce in light salt water, wash and drain;

6. Tear the lettuce into large pieces by hand, put it in a salad plate, slice the black olives on the lettuce, and place the diced toast on the lettuce;

7. Drizzle with Caesar salad dressing, mix well and serve.

Tips:

Those who like cheese can add cheeses of various flavors. Toast blocks are better baked in the oven. My oven strikes, so I have to use a pan.
