Caesar Salad

Heat 4 spoons of oil in a pan, add garlic and bread to cook, stir until the bread is crisp and golden brown

Take out the bread and put it on the kitchen paper

Boil water, add eggs and cook for 1 minute, then remove

Put the lettuce leaves in one bowl, mix the remaining oil and lemon juice in the other bowl, then add salt and water to mix the juice with the lettuce leaves

Stir in the eggs, pour on the lettuce and stir repeatedly

Add chopped fish and bread, add garlic, stir again (sprinkle with cheese crumbs for decoration)
