Can Make Cake without An Oven-bowl Steamed Blackcurrant Cake

The black currant is washed with dust and dried, then chopped for later use, leaving some decorative surface.

Mix the low powder, baking powder, and salt, and sieve for later use.

Beat the eggs in a small bowl, add sugar and beat them.

Add a spoonful of corn oil and a spoonful of condensed milk and beat well.

Sift in the flour and mix well.

Add blackcurrant and mix well.

Put the mixed batter into a small bowl that has been oiled, and decorate the surface with some black currants.

Put the small bowl in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
Tips:
Brush the small bowl with a layer of oil to facilitate demoulding. A toothpick can be inserted to check whether the cake is steamed. If the toothpick is smooth and without batter, the cake is steamed, otherwise, continue steaming.
