Improved Corn Pudding

All raw materials except yeast are weighed and ready to be put into the egg-beater

Yeast powder is ready

Add some warm water to dissolve the yeast for about 5 minutes

Use a silicone spatula to make a slightly thick batter, cover it with plastic wrap in a warm place and ferment for about an hour and a half

Spread a layer of dried fruit, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for about 20 minutes in a warm place
