Candied Bayberry
1.
First wash the fresh bayberry that you bought, then take a clean basin, put a little salt, melt it, put the washed bayberry in it, soak in light salt water for 30 minutes, remove and drain for later use
2.
Put the drained bayberry in a jar or bowl, put an appropriate amount of sugar, mix well, mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours
3.
During the refrigeration period, take out and stir several times. The amount of white sugar can be adjusted by yourself. When all the sugar is melted and the bayberry is pour into it, the candied bayberry is finished. Open the refrigerator on a hot summer day and take out the bayberry. Great enjoyment
