Candied Dates, Brown Sugar and Ginger Water

Peel the ginger and cut into long strips

Add cold water to a boiling pot, bring to a boil on high heat, add shredded ginger, turn to low heat, cover and cook for about 10 minutes

Put in candied dates and brown sugar
4.
Stir well with a spoon, continue to cover and cook for about 15 minutes
