Candied Orange Peel

Rub the skin of the orange with salt, then soak in salt water for 10 minutes. After cutting, cut out the pulp, don’t cut too much, leave a little on the orange peel

Cut the pulp into small pieces, and cut the orange peel into small cubes

Put the peel, pulp, water, and rock sugar together in a pot, heat over a medium-to-low heat, stirring occasionally. It’s best to use a silicone spatula, because it’s clean

Cook until the water evaporates and the syrup and orange peel blend together. Let cool and store in a glass bottle refrigerator. Can be used to make orange scented cake
Tips:
Don't reduce the amount of sugar any more, because the amount of sugar is not enough to bring out the orange flavor, and more sugar can be stored for a longer time.
