Candied Orange Peel

Take the orange zest and scrape off the white flesh. This part is very bitter. Be sure to remove as much as possible

The rest of the orange peels do the same, a total of 4 orange peels

Add water to the milk pan and bring to a boil

Add rock sugar

Boil until the rock sugar is all melted

Pour the orange peel

Cover, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes

Finally, boil until the orange peel becomes transparent and the soup is thick.
Tips:
1. The oranges must be scrubbed with salt before peeling;
2. The white flesh on the orange peel must be removed, otherwise it will be very bitter;
3. When boiling, be sure to watch the fire, observe frequently, and avoid mashing the pot.
