Candied Orange Peel

Take two oranges, rub the skin with salt and rinse off

Use a paring knife to take only the orange peel

Diced

Add water, orange zest and salt to the pot and bring to a boil on high heat.
5.
Turn to low heat, add rock sugar, cover and cook for 15 minutes
6.
Cook until the diced orange peel becomes transparent and the soup thickens.
Tips:
If you are afraid of bitterness, orange peel can be soaked in salt water for several hours in advance.
