Candied Pea Yellow
1.
Soak the peeled peas for a day.
2.
Wash the soaked peas and boil the pot under water (under normal circumstances, the water used to cook peas is twice as much as that of peas).
3.
After boiling on high heat, skim off the froth, and cook on low heat until the peas are soft and rotten.
4.
Put the peas into the food processor and break them.
5.
Put the smashed peas into a wok and add an appropriate amount of sugar.
6.
Stir fry until the moisture is almost dried.
7.
Cut the candied dates into small pieces in advance.
8.
Spread in the container.
9.
Pour the fried pea paste into a container covered with candied dates.
10.
Cover with greased paper and smooth. After the temperature is lowered, put it in the refrigerator overnight.
11.
Prepare the pea yellow and pour it out.
12.
Cut into pieces and serve.
Tips:
You can also leave out dates, and pure pea yellow is also very delicious.
