Pea Yellow Mahjong

Peeled peas, I bought them online. After cleaning, soak in clean water overnight.

The next day, after a night of soaking the peeled peas, I drank enough water.

Put the soaked peas into the rice cooker, add water to cover the beans, and enter the rice stew function, about 45 minutes. I chose the fine cooking function.

Pour the stewed beans into the food processor. If they are dry, add a little bit of hot water to puree them.

Pour the bean paste into a non-stick pan, add 90 grams of soft white sugar, and stir-fry on medium heat to prevent the bottom of the pan from being stuck.

Fry the bean paste until thick and turn off the heat.

Put a layer of oil on the mold in advance, pour the fried bean paste into the mold and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

After 3 hours, carefully remove the pea yellow from the mold. You can use a small sharp knife to lightly scratch the surrounding area, and it will be thick with a single blow.

Dip a toothpick into the red and green pigments, follow the imprints on the mold and lightly trace, and the mahjong pea yellow is ready~
