Pea Yellow

Rinse the peeled peas a few times and then add water to soak for eight hours. I just soak it overnight.

Put the soaked peas into the pressure cooker, do not add too much water, select the "bean" button

When the pressure cooker prompts, pour out the peas, puree them with a cooking stick, and put them in a non-stick pan

Add sugar to the pea puree, turn on a low heat, and keep stirring

When the pea paste will leave obvious lines after stirring, turn off the heat, pour it into a container covered with plastic wrap, let it cool, and put it in the refrigerator for half a day.
Tips:
After pouring the pea puree into a non-stick pan, you have to keep stirring it. My family is not very sweet. If you like sweets, you can add more sugar.
