Candied Yellow Peel

Choose fresh yellow peel, pick out the fruit, add a small amount of salt

Rub it with your hands, wash with water, and put it in the steamer

Steam over high heat until the seeds protrude from the pulp, put it in another non-stick pan, add rock sugar, and cook until a lot of juice comes out

You can take out some of the juice and drink it as a juice, then add some rock sugar and cook until it is thick; if you don’t take out the juice, you can boil it until it becomes thick.
