Canned Lychee in Syrup
1.
Fresh lychees are peeled and cored and salted.
2.
Add water to soak for ten minutes.
3.
Put the lychees in the pot, add a handful of rock sugar, and put a bowl of water.
4.
Bring to a boil on high fire, and melt the rock sugar by boiling on low fire.
5.
Refrigerator has better flavor.
