I bought kumquats and limes a while ago to make orange water. Before I had time to update the method, I was replaced by the yellow peach in front of me. It is rare to buy the yellow peach fruit here, so I bought 10 catties in one go.

Ingredients

1. Yellow peaches are washed, peeled, sliced, and cored (thin and thick according to personal preference)

2. Put the sliced yellow peach slices into a large bowl, sprinkle a small handful of rock sugar on top, squeeze into the juice of half a lemon

3. Put it in the steamer and steam for 15-30 minutes (adjust the time according to the thickness of the yellow peach slices)

4. When steaming the yellow peaches, put a pot of boiling water in a bottle. After the yellow peaches are steamed, pour them into the cooked airtight bottle while they are hot. Cover the lid and let it cool, then put it in the refrigerator.
