Canned Yellow Peach

Yellow peaches are washed, peeled, sliced, and cored (thin and thick according to personal preference)

Put the sliced yellow peach slices into a large bowl, sprinkle a small handful of rock sugar on top, squeeze into the juice of half a lemon

Put it in the steamer and steam for 15-30 minutes (adjust the time according to the thickness of the yellow peach slices)

When steaming the yellow peaches, put a pot of boiling water in a bottle. After the yellow peaches are steamed, pour them into the cooked airtight bottle while they are hot. Cover the lid and let it cool, then put it in the refrigerator.
