Canned Yellow Peach

The yellow peaches are cleaned (I asked a friend to pick them in his orchard).

Scrap the skin and remove the core and cut into small pieces.

Put the cut yellow peaches in a bowl, pour in an appropriate amount of cool white, and put in rock sugar suitable for your sweet taste. My yellow peaches happen to be two big bowls.

Steam over high heat for 30 minutes, turn off the heat, and place it in a clean, sealed bottle while it is still hot.
5.
Exactly two bottles😄. Let it cool and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
