Canned Yellow Peach
1.
Prepare a clean glass bottle and scald it with boiling water to drain the water. Wash the yellow peaches, peel them and cut into pieces (I will just cut them if they are not good for pitting)
2.
Put the yellow peaches in a pot, pour water over the yellow peaches, put a few rock sugars, turn to a low heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let cool.
3.
After the yellow peach is cool, put it in a glass bottle, put a layer of yellow peach, put some honey and sugar (if you want to eat dessert, put more), put the yellow peach glass bottle until it is 70% full, and then pour the yellow peach water. If it is too full, leave two centimeters at the mouth of the glass bottle, then cover it and store it in the refrigerator.
4.
You can take it out when you want to eat it. It's definitely not worse than the one bought outside. Don't leave it in a vacuum for too long.
