Canned Yellow Peach in Syrup

Prepare two yellow peaches and wash them.

Remove the skin, remove the nucleus, and cut into small pieces.

Put the cut yellow peaches in a large bowl, put rock sugar and white sugar on top, use sugar to marinate the yellow peaches and leave water for about two hours.

Pour the marinated yellow peaches into the pot along with the juice.

Then pour in clean water, the amount of water is probably less than that of peaches. Heat it on a low heat and cook for about 2-3 minutes after it boils.

Let the cooked yellow peaches cool naturally in syrup.

Scoop it into a bowl and add a bit of mint leaves to garnish.

It tastes great when it is chilled.
Tips:
1. When cooking yellow peaches, add a little lemon juice to taste better.
2. The yellow peach syrup must be completely cooled before putting it in the refrigerator, otherwise it will not be good for the refrigerator.
