Canned Yellow Peach with Rock Sugar

Wash two yellow peaches

Yellow peach peeled and cored

Put water and yellow peach meat in a casserole

Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, open the cover and add 30 grams of rock sugar
